14th April 2016 there was awarding ceremony for winners of the IX Republican contest "Philanthropist of the Year - 2015". There were over 200 applications from entrepreneurs, small, medium and large businesses, NGOs and foundations, including cultural institutions. Naberezhnye Chelny State Puppet Theatre has gained a well-deserved victory in the nomination "Giver of good". It must be said, that because of Zuhra Faatovna's (the headmaster) personal initiative, the theater is very active in implementation and development of the individual, inclusive projects that contribute to the optimization of communication skills and more social rehabilitation of children of particular social groups. Through the efforts of the headmaster for the last decade in Naberezhnye Chelny State Puppet Theatre work with children with disabilities, children from disadvantaged families, orphans was able to fine-tune and systematize, thus transformed one-time actions in one of the priority areas of collective activity. During the theater seasonNaberezhnye Chelny State Puppet Theatre has worked in the away mode and has given the opportunity to attend performances for free for children from "Society of Disabled People", "House of the Child", a social shelter "Asyltash" Charity Fund "Children with cerebral palsy," Center for social support and adaptation "The Trust", correctional schools of his native city and surrounding towns.
